Murphy signed to play for California State University, Dominguez Hills in Dominguez Hills, CA. Coach Robert Sakaguchi described the senior utility player as “versatile, fast [and able to] play anywhere we need her to play.” Last year Murphy helped lead the Lady Bears to a 9-6 league record in the highly competitive Big VIII League against teams like nationally-ranked Norco High School (with Maxpreps All-American and Gatorade state player of the year Emily Lockman) and powerhouse Santiago High School.
