Warning: Article contains spoilers for the first two episodes of VisionQuest.
A new addition to the Marvel franchise has arrived: VisionQuest. This series will conclude the story that began with WandaVision and continued with Agatha All Along.
The show will have a total of eight episodes, with two new episodes released every week. Each episode is about an hour long, and all episodes will be available on Disney+ on November 10, 2026.

The show follows White Vision, a rebuilt version of the original Vision. Although this new Vision has the original’s memories, he struggles to understand personal identity and what it means to be human.
Episodes 1 and 2 introduce Vision as the character tries to rebuild a life. Along the way, several AI characters connected to Vision appear, including J.A.R.V.I.S., F.R.I.D.A.Y., E.D.I.T.H., D.U.M.-E., and U. They all live inside Vision’s mind.
The first episode also introduces Thomas, a mysterious character who claims to be Tommy, the son of Wanda and Vision. Thomas remembers events from WandaVision, but others think he’s crazy, and that he made up those events in his mind. The mystery leaves viewers wondering about Thomas’s true identity.

Ultron also plays an important role in the story. Before destroying Ultron’s last robot clone at the end of Avengers: Age of Ultron, Vision uploads his code, and lets Ultron live in his mind, under his watch. Ultron’s actions attract the attention of Paladin, a bounty hunter who targets Vision and takes Thomas hostage.
Following Ultron’s advice, Vision attempts to rescue Thomas. However, the mission goes wrong, leaving Vision badly damaged. The episode ends with J.A.R.V.I.S. sacrificing himself to protect Vision and the other AIs.
So far, VisionQuest has been an interesting continuation of the WandaVision story. The focus on Vision’s identity and the struggle to understand human connections gives the series a different feel from other Marvel shows.
For Marvel fans who enjoyed WandaVision, or viewers looking for a new superhero series, VisionQuest is worth checking out. The first two episodes offer a promising start, with plenty of mystery and potential for the rest of the series.
