Sonic Live In Concert is a new experience to celebrate Sonic The Hedgehog’s 35th anniversary.
Although it does not feature a full symphony or have guest appearances from the amazing band Crush 40 and other fan favorites, it is still a perfect event for fans of all ages to experience.
For this event, fans should expect songs from the Classic era (1991-1998), the Adventure era (1999-2006), all the way to the Modern era (2008-Present).
The Classic era will have themes like “Green Hill Zone,” “Mystic Cave Zone,” “Can You Feel The Sunshine,” and many more.
It will also include masterpieces from the Adventure era (1999-2006), like “My Sweet Passion,” “This Machine,” “What I’m Made Of,” and a new addition: “Chaotix Case Files Main Theme.”
After that, there will be a 20 minute intermission, giving fans time to go buy food, drinks, and concert merch. Some of the food and drinks are themed to match the event.
Returning, fans will be met with Act 2. It starts off with the Rush and Advance era (2003-2009), and ends by shocking fans by performing an all time favorite, a full cover of “I Am All Of Me.”
Once that finishes, the show will continue with the Shadow The Hedgehog Medley, which includes songs from Shadow The Hedgehog (2005) like “Westopolis” and many more.
Fans will have a moment to breathe after that powerful and energetic performance and atmosphere as they will then be introduced to songs from the Sonic Riders series, and the Modern era.
For the final section of the event, they will play songs from the Modern era (2008-Present), expect to hear a group of songs, like “Endless Possibilities,” “Reach For The Stars,” and “Lights, Camera, Action, Act 1.”
More songs will succeed it, filled with music from Sonic Generations. Then will be performed a recent composition named “Without You.” This song was made specifically for SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS: Dark Beginnings Episode 3 (2024).
Unlike most songs, this one is a bit more emotional, as it connects Shadow The Hedgehog’s past and his memories of being on the Space Colony ARK, Maria.
Nearing the end of the show, the fans will be met with the “Sonic Racing: Crossworlds main theme,” and a “Final Boss Theme Medley;” including favorites like “Open Your Heart,” and “Live & Learn.”
For the finale, they will play a Sonic Frontiers Medley, including all the boss themes like “Undefeatable,” “Break Through It All,” and “I’m Here.” Once that is done they will play another sentimental theme, “Dear Father.”
The last song performed of the entire event is a single, completely new song, named “Speed Is My Life.” This event has the best songs in Sonic The Hedgehog history, awesome vocals, stunning light performances, and high audience interaction that encourages singing along. This is an event that all Sonic fans should attend once in their life.
